Refund policy

Return policy is based upon following criteria :-

  1. Return of a product will be only accepted if any different product received to you or any major damages come through

      2 . Size related returns are only based upon if different size receive to you (Make sure to mention a proper size while ordering ) , If any major condition arises regarding fitting issue then below mentioned points must be followed after receiving order

Based on the condition of the product the team will contact you and will initiate the process

IMPORTANT NOTE :

1) PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED

3) A UNBOXING VIDEO SHOULD BE CAPTURED AFTER RECEIVING YOU ( UNBOX MUST BE START FROM COURIER PACKAGING )

4)  THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE RETURN IN THE SAME BOX

5) THE RETURN SHOULD BE DONE FROM YOUR SIDE AT THE ADDRESS YOU WILL BE PROVIDED ( WITH YOUR OWN EXPENSE ) 

6) AFTER THAT INSPECTION WILL BE DONE OF THE PRODUCT AND THEN THE REFUND WILL BE INITIATE 

7) REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE ONLY PROVIDED IF ABOVE ALL CRITERIAS GET FULFILLED AFTER RECEIVING PRODUCT TO US THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT MEDIUM

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (videos). The return will be at your cost of shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
